HLSC sponsors several weeks a year for the Hudson High School Culinary Arts students to learn how to make some of our favorite German dishes. Students make Käse Spätzle, Weiner Schnitzel, Black Forest Cherry Cake and Apple Strudel. We love this activity because it exposes German culture to students that may not otherwise participate in the German Language Program at Hudson High School.

Each year one day is dedicated to students studying German Language in the Greater Cleveland area at the Hofbräuhaus Cleveland. For the past two years, HLSC has sponsored this event so that all Hudson children in the German Language program may attend this fun field trip.
